- All transactions are handed by a professional, secure web site and all information obtained is confidential. No personal or financial information is shared with anyone.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders may be emailed from our web site or called in. Orders will be filled within one business day. They are shipped UPS ground. There is a flat $10 freight offset fee for all orders. Please note that the bars may melt during transport in high temperatures in the summer. This is out of our control. Refrigerating the package for a few hours will reconstitute the bars. If an item is on backorder from the manufacturer, we will ship it at no extra cost once it is in.
- Return Policy
- Since protein supplements are neutraceuticals, they cannot be returned except in cases of quality issues. In the event of a quality problem, please email us to tell us about the issue and for instructions to return the product. We will return your money including shipping expenses. For damage incurred during shipping, please do not sign for the package. Tell the delivery person to take it back, and email or call us.
